Mobile Coffee Catering in Colorado

Absolutely! Astro Coffee is built for both intimate gatherings and high-volume events with thousands of attendees.

With five mobile coffee units, including our coffee van, two trailers, and two mobile carts, we can select the right setup—or deploy multiple units—for your event size and service needs.

Our larger units can produce approximately 150–200 drinks per hour, and we can add baristas, service stations, or additional units for higher-volume events. We regularly serve festivals, races, corporate activations, sporting events, conferences, and multi-day events.

For larger events, we’ll work with you on expected attendance, peak service times, event layout, staffing, food offerings, and logistics to build a service plan designed to keep lines moving and guests caffeinated.

Private Events & Catering: Packages start at $900 for up to 2 hours of service within 20 miles of our Golden, CO warehouse. This includes a professional barista, mobile coffee unit, reserved event time, setup and teardown, travel within 20 miles, and everything needed for beverage service.

Public Events & Guest-Pay Service: Guaranteed sales minimums generally start at $800–$1,000 for up to 2 hours within 20 miles. Guests purchase their own drinks, and their purchases count toward the guaranteed minimum. Once sales meet or exceed the minimum, the host owes nothing toward the guarantee. If sales fall short, the host simply covers the difference.

Breakfast burritos, pastries, extended service, custom branding, and additional staffing are available as add-ons.

Pricing outside our 20-mile service radius includes additional travel fees, with rates varying for city/metro versus mountain travel. Final minimums are based on guest count, location, service duration, selected unit, and event logistics.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, large events, and peak seasons. Our calendar can fill several months in advance, and booking early gives you the best selection of Astro Coffee units and service options.

For standard events, we recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance when possible. Large events, multi-day events, corporate activations, and events requiring custom branding should ideally be booked 2–4+ months in advance.

Planning something last minute? Reach out anyway! With five mobile coffee units, we can sometimes accommodate events on shorter notice depending on availability.

Custom branded elements may require additional production lead time.

Astro Coffee is based in Golden, Colorado, and we travel throughout the Denver metro area, Front Range, mountain communities, and beyond for events.

Our standard event pricing includes travel within 20 miles of our Golden warehouse. Events outside that radius are subject to additional travel fees based on distance and location, with different rates for city/metro and mountain travel.

Planning something farther away? Just ask! We regularly travel for the right events and can create a custom quote for longer-distance, mountain, multi-day, and destination events.

For extended travel, additional costs may apply for mileage, drive time, lodging, staffing, and logistics.

Our mobile units are designed to be flexible and self-sufficient, making setup simple for both indoor and outdoor events.

Solar Coffee Van:

Approximately 23' long and operates for 8+ hours completely off-grid using our solar system and onboard battery bank. No power connection is required.

Coffee Trailers:

Approximately 15–16' long and operate for 8+ hours off-grid using onboard battery banks. No power connection is required.

Mobile Coffee Carts:

Approximately 6' x 5' and require access to two standard 110V outlets. For outdoor events, carts are typically paired with a 10' x 10' tent.

For our van and trailers, we recommend reserving approximately four parking spaces to provide adequate room for positioning, service, and guest flow.

For multi-day events where the van or trailer remains onsite overnight, access to a 50-amp power connection is required to recharge the onboard battery system between service days.
