COLORADO COFFEE CATERING SERVICES
Astro Coffee specializes in mobile coffee catering across the great state of Colorado. Our customizable menus make it easy to create the perfect experience for your event — whether it’s an intimate wedding, a corporate meeting, or a large community celebration. From signature espresso drinks and energy beverages to fresh pastries and breakfast burritos, every item is crafted with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients to deliver flavor and connection in every cup.
Our pastries are available exclusively for catering events. Because each order is prepared fresh by our local baker, we require an exact head count in advance. This ensures the right amount is baked for your event while helping us minimize waste.
In addition to pastries, we also prepare hearty breakfast burritos. Burritos are available for both public and private events, with the exception of our coffee cart, where they are offered for private events only.

Meet our Astro Van: Your go-to coffee catering service for larger events, where top-notch coffee and breakfast setup are a must. Our Astro Van is the perfect coffee solution for festivals, markets, corporate functions, and big celebrations. Running entirely on solar power, our van serves up freshly brewed coffee, a delicious selection of pastries, and hearty breakfast options with the same commitment to flavor, sustainability, and local pride. Astro Coffee brings the café experience straight to your crowd — wherever they are — with a much cleaner carbon footprint. As a flexible option for sustainable coffee catering, we also offer tailored catering packages to suit your event's needs.

MARS COFFEE TRAILERS
Say hello to our two Mars Coffee Trailers: The perfect option for weddings, festivals, corporate events, or community gatherings that call for top-notch coffee and breakfast. Measuring 16' long, our trailer delivers specialty coffee, fresh pastries, and satisfying breakfast options with smooth efficiency and outstanding service.
Our Mars Coffee Trailers offer the same full café and catering experience as our Astro Coffee Van — the only differences are in size, style, and power source. The trailers are powered by quiet, eco-friendly battery banks (no generators required), while the van runs on sustainable solar power.
No matter which unit you choose, you’ll enjoy a seamless Colorado mobile coffee experience rooted in flavor, sustainability, and local pride.
